We will collect the rent on a 4-weekly basis, deduct our fees and the remaining balance will be forwarded onto you. Should the tenant have any problems during the tenancy they will report them direct to our property management team. One of our property managers will assess the incident and respond accordingly. You will be notified, and we will keep full notes on the actions taken to rectify the issue.
Every three months we will complete a full property inspection. This is the opportunity for them to raise any problems and discuss their stay in your property and a chance for us to assess the overall condition and cleanliness of the property. We will send a full report to you with a breakdown of any recommendations. If we find that the property is not in an acceptable condition a letter will be sent to the tenants advising them of the problems that need to be rectified and we will schedule to attend again a month later to ensure the problems are resolved. At the end of the tenancy we will complete a full check out. We will take the utility meter readings and ensure the property is returned to you in the same condition as the start of the tenancy. Any dilapidations will be rectified by our contractors and all costs will be deducted from the tenant’s deposit.
